Target weight = 65kg.
1) Age = 31, Weight = 72kg, Height = 170cm, BMI = 24.9

2) 3/4 of rice on normal plate twice a day (lunch and dinner at 6.00pm)
Wash fried foods like chicken etc. as well as threw the skins away.
3) 3 times a week (four if obsessed

I know that eating less can achieve good weight.
But when hungry...what to do?
