i dont get you, i should not reduce carbo? but even if i wanted i plan to reduce a little, and only for a short while cause currently im eating more then im burning. also i dont have much room for body building and extra cardio activities, im active in sports also so i do have an amount of exercise

I mean you can't reduce fat in a specific area. Your body lose fat as a whole.

i know, im not starting a crunch and abs workout program. it seems like im targeting but its because only my tummy is the one thats getting bigger. so i just mention that only.

still, options?

issit better that i reduce carbo or i increase my workout. currently i play sports about 2 -3 times a week lasting about 2-3 hours each. so gym would be extra.....

How about eating less? Reducing your caloric intake? Carb timing? Cutting carbs after 7pm, etc and all that.

I can tell you that no matter how active you are if your diet is crap, eg. you're eating a double maggi goreing every night and all that, you will still stay fat.

Try reducing carbs first, if you don't notice any changes, you might want to throw in some cardio

hahaha, actually i aint fat.. im thin 63kgs and well 172 cm. its because recently in these few months the flab has been increasing.

well i'll do this, i'll reduce carbo...only for dinner and stop on my fizz drinks for a while.
and start a tuna diet, when ever i get hungry i pop a can. then i start a minor workout program.

im already doing cardio pretty regular, i play guard for bball so i run a lot. its pretty much how i manage to keep slim for all these years.

Didn't say you were fat mate. I meant hypothetically. Yeah, those fizz drinks are crap. Calorie laden. Good luck and keep us updated on the progress.

Well i am new here , Can anyone explain to me what is Reduce Carb and Do Cardio ?

I am trying to lose my weight right now . I dont take Any Junk food and cold drinks for a month already , but i am only losing 2kg ? Omg.

I always do skipping before i start playing with my Dumbell and sit up tongue.gif
For your informations , i am replacing my dinner with Milk and biscuit.

carbs = rice, noodles, potato, bread and anything made of wheat.
reduce those stuff and take more lean meat instead.

in fact, you shouldn't eat noodles.... at all

Cardio = jogging, stair climbing, swimming, dancing bla bla bla

carb is short for carbohydrate. Yer science teacher shd have taught yo bout carbohydrates in std 3. its stuff like flour, rice and noodles.

do cardio is short for doing cardiovascular activities. such as jogging, running, cycling, swimming, etc.
