Try reducing carbs first, if you don't notice any changes, you might want to throw in some cardiostill, options? issit better that i reduce carbo or i increase my workout. currently i play sports about 2 -3 times a week lasting about 2-3 hours each. so gym would be extra..... |

Well i am new here , Can anyone explain to me what is Reduce Carb and Do Cardio ?
I am trying to lose my weight right now . I dont take Any Junk food and cold drinks for a month already , but i am only losing 2kg ? Omg. I always do skipping before i start playing with my Dumbell and sit up For your informations , i am replacing my dinner with Milk and biscuit. |
