ok, thanks for enlighten me up.
1)high reps for cutting and low reps for size is myth. 2)heavy weights low reps is good proven by scientific backup 3)after sometimes, must change training style to make sure your body have to adapt new enviroment to grow bigger. Am I right now? |

so the conclusion is , to be a pro bodybuilder ...u still hv to make mistake in order to get what u want . trial in error ...haha

hmm.......i want to lose fat, only on the tummy. im losing me abs.
