Well i am new here , Can anyone explain to me what is Reduce Carb and Do Cardio ?

I am trying to lose my weight right now . I dont take Any Junk food and cold drinks for a month already , but i am only losing 2kg ? Omg.

I always do skipping before i start playing with my Dumbell and sit up tongue.gif
For your informations , i am replacing my dinner with Milk and biscuit.

I get it already. I eat very less Carbo already , but i am still reducing weight very slowly. Any methods for losing fat more efficiency ? Maybe replacing my lunch and dinner for other food ?

1) I am 20 yrs old, weight is 95 and heigh is 170cm. BMI of 31.8
2) Diet = not sure @@
3) Exercise everyday since last 2 weeks , playing Dumbell and skipping , and sit up 10 times everyday.

I am sad today .. Because last night i overnight at my friend house and yamcha with them at mamak stalls about 1am+..

All of my friend ordered Nasi Lemak ayam and i have ordered Maggie goreng Ayam (Fried chicken).

Currently i am on my fattloss goals but yesterday i eat such oily and meaty meals on late night .. So i was afraid and sad that all my progress (Cardio everyday) will just sia-sia only..

I am worried if i will gain fat more because of that heavy meals last nite.. Anyone can give some advise to me ?

I wonder how much of fats and protein do a fried chicken have ?
I just had KFC dinner plate with 3 chicken breast part today tongue.gif Yummy .. But i believe i gonna work harder to burn those fat mad.gif

1 more question . If i have go to gym frequently and i suddenly need to stop for some period, will my mussle become fat ? or i will become more fat than before ?

so, to answer danilo5753, if you stop exercising, but then you continue to eat correctly, (enough protein to maintain muscles size and your total calories intake meets maintenance levels) your muscles should not shrink in size, and you would not put on weight/fats.

So i can feel more comfortable to stop my training a bit , and eat enough protein to maintain my muscles smile.gif
Anyway , i dont really eat much if i dont do weight lifting ..coz i want my fat to be burn out .

Damm , now is 2.02am and i cant sleep because of starving hungry.
I took my dinner too early today around 6pm and i go to bed at 1am.
Strunggled for about 30 minutes and feeling a bit of gastric , and i just take Milo with oat ( 2 tablespoon ) . Well , any solution to prevent this happen again ?
