Agents told me in 2014 that there will be mall with same tenants as one utama, sklia will be ready in 2020 auto city will be ready in 2020 and state government offices will be shifted to sendayan. It seems like they are controlling the marker forces and the government. Even asked me to cancel my purchase of denai alam house because they claim that sendayan will be Bandar Utama in near future

The agents with their stickers game. Only limited units available and subject to loan rejection. After few months and 1 year still same tactic. They even said that rental can fetch at least be RM1800 for first year.

Easily can get less than 1k rental in Seremban. Houses also not bad. I think agents at ijm s2 dont promise heaven to their buyers. Thats why less complaint and mostly buy for ownstay.

I still remember the big sister to the agents told me that i wont be regret for buying because the TUDM personnel will be renting my house. In fact she said the it will be a factor for high rental income. The most sakit hati part is a mall sama level with One Utama will be in Sendayan. I have been going to one utama since my childhood and i know that it started as a mini mall.

Did i say sth wrong about the project? I just shared my bad experiences with the agents. Of course i can still remember the agents told me that there will be a mall equivalent to one utama. I lol until jaw pain. Another story is that one of the agent scolded me when i told him that i am afraid to have foreign workers as neighbours. Very unprofessional for agents to scold future investor.

You are right. My uncle worked as air force guy before. Salary is not high for sergeant and below. Air force provide flats to them. I think the agents also dont know about the reality.

Is the sales comission for bss agent is 10%?. If yes i also want to sell the houses. Just tell future buyers that everything will be like fairy tales after 5 years. After that i will migrate oversea and be high class con man like jho low.

Whats the point of telling that developer can sell even million oh houses if the residents are facing with so many difficulties because of empty promises. The high volume of sales will only benefited the developer and agents. You can illustrate about current and future investment to this area but it is pointless if in reality the residents only see many vacant shophouses. Those developer like SP Setia and Sime Darby do not rely on agents and illustrative planning and yet their project is always successful. The residents need good public school not good private school. Who need a transit hotel in sendayan when there a lot of hotels in sepang. Seremban is not near to KLIA. I still remember agent told me that the high speed train will boost the sales of houses. Certainly it wont benefit me because the daily fare to KL city will be definitely damn expensive. Even at that time IJM and Sime Darby did not care to promote HSR. I was being told that there will be new highway exit near to sendayan which it is actually near ainsdale la. Tumpang orang punya jalan la.

No wonder la their muka tak tau malu even we have to suffer so badly. Just need to memorize the empty promises or get their big sister or brother to settle for them. I know that the agents are happily reading our comments and pretend as matrix staff or owner. Later they will reply with defensive arguement.

I know that you only shared of what you have obtained from the developer’s website. I saw the private school during my first visit to sendayan. It seems like those prospect buyers from KL want to buy property in Sendayan because we are so damn rich and do not know what else to do with our money. Now we can get cheaper property in sepang and dengkil cheaper than sendayan la.

Sime Darby do not promise fairy tales to their buyers for Elmina project. They talked about dash and they make it happened as promised. The elmina residents can easily go to one utama, curve, ikea, setia mall. Most importantly no empty promise by the sales staff about mall. Bear in mind that sime darby property sold out within 1 hour even without empty promises.

Most of their residents are the buyers themselves and have not heard of house converted to foreign workers hostel at elmina.

I have said that Rome is built in 1000 years but the agents promised it can take less than 10 years for sendayan to be like bandar utama. I know that most of them are very young and eager to make lots of money but someone need to regulate them.

Hihihi. Even those on drugs will be laughing to hear his estimation. Even google map and waze will never answer that it will take less than 1 hour to reach KLCC. They said that developer kamceng with govt and no problem about new highway. Why the highway cannot be approved back in 2010 to 2018. Many become their victims in 2013 to 2016 but now people will go to sendayan just to eat free musang king.

One of the agent told me that the houses will be sapu bersih by singaporean once HSR train start to operate. He told me better to buy now or else i wont have chance to buy.
