Senawang-KLIA (SKLIA) and KLIA-PD are two different projects announced by the state government. Already few years hearing the rumours but still no updates of the construction. Federal gov also no money already so how to ask for allocation. Even the west coast expressway (WCE) now only started construction after been announced at least 10 years back 😅

Unless there are adequate traffic otherwise KLIA-PD highway is not required, look at Seremban-PD Highway government bailed them out 10 years ago.

While SKLIA is required as it pass through future dense population area, 2 different scenarios.

NEGRI Sembilan’s Matrix Global Schools (MGS) is collaborating with China’s Hengshui No.1 High School to provide British education to 200 students from the republic every year.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (MCHB) group managing director Datuk Lee Tian Hock said the first batch of students were expected to enrol next March.

They will spend three years at the Matrix International School and another year to complete their International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).

With the tie-up, Lee said MGS would become the first overseas partner of Hengshui No.1 High School, which headquarters in Hebei.

“We are proud to be associated with them as they have 52 branches throughout China with more than 300,000 registered students.

“Theirs is also a much sought-after school in the republic and are noted for their success in preparing students for their pre-university entrance examinations,” Lee said, adding that their students had also made it to top tertiary institutions in China such as Beijing University and Qinghua University.

MCHB owns MGS, which comprises the Matrix International Pre-School, Matrix International School and Matrix Private School.

MGS opened its doors in September 2014 and already has an enrolment of more than 700 students.

It is modelled after the 130-year-old Ellesmere College, a prestigious British residential school.

In July last year, MGS signed a collaboration with China’s Shanghai Zhangjiang Specialized College to provide an 18-month preparatory programme for students from the republic.

Through the collaboration, at least 300 students aged between 15 and 17 years enrolled for the programme over a three-year period for a better grasp of English, Science and Mathematics, in stages at MGS from this year.

Hengshui No. 1 High School has also acquired a plot of land within MGS grounds to build a hostel for its students.

“Once completed, the hostel will be able to accommodate up to 800 students,” he said.

Hengshui No.1 international division manager Yan Wen Guo said they were impressed with the facilities at MGS.

SKLIA stand for Paroi-Senawang-KLIA-Salak Tinggi Highway where it connect to STV via Sendayan Interchange not KLIA-PD Highway.

The 1 tat i booked is about RM 592k. 22 x 75

Free Legal for loan and SNP, MOT, Stamp Duty and Club house 8+2 years, Free maintenance 1 year.

Is the above package standard?

Most likely will be own stay....but i working in KL so distance may be an issue.

Maybe only weekend will be staying there.

Where can find at KL for this quality and price .....Kajang 2 also selling 789k onwards d. Somemore not cover MOT....and it is MKH developer.....

Why MKH developer not good you mean or what?

Heard that workmanship for this Bandar Sri Sendayan also not good. Have you go to view the house there.

I'm thinking to invest for 22 x 80. Any comment which size is good for investment. I also staying in KL.

MKH the Saville Bangsar cause them a lot trouble.

I heard that initial project for Matrix is not that good but now less issue....of course defect still will have.

Investment i am not good...need taiko here comment comment...haha biggrin.gif

Haha~ That 592k is before deducted right

For free those snp, mot & etc, is standard for this developer. But can get extra 2% cashback is quite good d. Coz no down payment and has cashback. So good 😊
