Heard that workmanship for this Bandar Sri Sendayan also not good. Have you go to view the house there.

I'm thinking to invest for 22 x 80. Any comment which size is good for investment. I also staying in KL.

I guess you have start travelling from KL to Sendayan yet cause the house still in develop right. No need to worry my colleague also travelling everyday from KL to Seremban 2. Just You need to wake up early and back sharp to avoid traffic congestion.

Expenses wise also will be quite high to pay toll, petrol and car maintenance.

Do you have any plan to look for another job near Sendayan.

Yesterday went to attend the Mooncake festival celebration at D'tempat Country Club driving all the way from KL. The club is big, full of facilities, grand, the environment of the township also look good. But is very far for me if buy for staying and in term of investment it may take time to grow.
