According to Sinchew, the station is now in Nilai..

This is because to reduce the land acquisation from 1000 plots to 300 plots.. The affected houses only 100 units plus under this new land acquisation plan..

The length of rail in Negeri Sembilan is reduced to 51km from 54km.

Halal hub I think could be successful.. Because the halal market is huge.. Nowadays everything halal here & there.. Like the latest trend...

I think its benefits Selangor more than N9 cause its nearer to KLIA and SEPANG than Seremban.

Unless the station is connected by some form of transportation such as extension of MRT1 from Kajang to Seremban or the unlikely KTM, I don't view it as a Seremban Station after all.

Better off called it as Malaysia Vision Valley Station.

Wow 23KM is far from BSS, but in Nilai i think damn, why they not use BSS to build HSR station here because got a lot of empty land. For sure price for house in Bdr Estek, KLIA and Nilai will boom, not like BSS and Seremban 2 is far from HSR and the market value will stagnant

More detail on Halal Hub, I believe if this plan implemented successfully, it will contribute quite a lot job opportunities. By the way Malaysia is the largest Halal goods & services exporter in the world.

I notice there is a bridge under construction across Jalan Bukit Nenas, if this materialise both side of S2 Heights will be connected, BSS shall benefit too.

I think because of GLC and KLIA factor.

In nilai the seriemas township is developed by pnb development which is majority owned by PNB. Sime darby also owned by pnb so it's a win win for both companies. Also nilai is nearer to klia so more economical if they want to ask erl to make extension from klia to the hsr labu station.

Based on what published in NS government official website, quoting Utusan Malaysia report, MB still say HSR station in Labu, this is more logic as Labu has many plantation estate with lesser land costs + lesser trouble to move away residents. Anyway best to wait for My-HSR announcement few months from now. whistling.gif

Jajaran Baharu HSR Hanya Libatkan 100 Rumah

SEREMBAN, 25 OGOS – Jajaran baharu yang dicadangkan bagi pembinaan landasan Projek Rel Berkelajuan Tinggi (HSR) antara Kuala Lumpur dan Singapura hanya akan menjejaskan kira-kira 100 buah kediaman di negeri ini.

Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan berkata, ini merupakan jajaran yang lebih baik berbanding cadangan asal yang akan menyebabkan lebih 1,000 buah rumah terpaksa dirobohkan.

Beliau menjelaskan, jajaran baharu bagi landasan itu juga lebih pendek iaitu 51 kilometer berbanding 54 kilometer sebelum ini.

“Ini yang terbaik kita boleh buat dibuat. Sebab itu kita tidak bina stesen di Seremban kerana ia akan melibatkan lebih 1,000 buah rumah.

“Laluan ini berbeza berbanding sebelum ini selepas lima jajaran dicadangkan,” katanya dalam sidang media selepas mesyuarat exco kerajaan negeri di sini, baru-baru ini.

Projek landasan sejauh 350 kilometer itu akan menghubungkan Singapura dan Kuala Kuala Lumpur dengan lima stesen transit antara kedua-dua lokasi berkenaan.

Mohamad berkata, stesen HSR di negeri ini akan dibina di Labu di sini dan akan turut mempunyai sebuah terowong sepanjang satu kilometer di kawasan berbukit.

I thought gonna have station at Bandar Malaysia.. So transit there?? Since HSR, MRT 2, KTM & ERL all will have station..

Based on Nanyang, the proposed HSR Labu station should be in the plantation estate between Kota Serimas and Jinjiang.
But there is only SK Jijian in Labu no Jinjang, Nanyang mistake I suppose.

According to Nanyang Siang Pau, an interchange will be built at 10th mile Labu to enable passengers from Nilai and Seremban to connect to HSR Station.
