I would like to rent out my house in Suriaman 2A.
Its a corner lot, double storey.
40x75 (16 feet land)

Brand new, not occupied so far since accepted key from developer.

Monthly rental RM1800.

Rent out RM1800 who want..

I can choose a Eco Majestic for RM1200 anytime. now that side many Chinese buyers but many Malay population like me can move in renting it cheap cheap press the foolish chinese noob invester buyer kao kao buy eco majestic for flip smile.gif

At least better than nigga in batu 9 cheras though.

If you got no regards to your neighbors like some of them in my taman, go approach agents to rent it out to migrant workers. Become hostel, 20 ppl in one unit. Can get 2.5k. But with a lot of curses from your immediate neighbors la. Otherwise typical intermediate in BSS unfurnished is about 1k. Corner the most can get is about 1.5k +-.

If can get buyer will sell it out, as unable to maintain from far.

My corner was bought at RM848k in 2018. It may not be the reason to ask for high rental, but yes, 1.8k rental less than half of my monthly installment. 😥

I rather keep it empty by serving bank loan then disturbing the neighbors. The Taman committee seems very strict, getting updates from MyTaman apps.

It is easier to get a buyer if you can consider not to ask for 10% down payment. Let buyer's bank loan to cover all the cost.

This what I did last year to sell my corner lot unit.

Sounds very expensive to me, more so if its not furnished.. Houses in s2 which is more convenient is running around that price or lower

As a desperate seller, considering to sell it at RM695k now. cry.gif . Can mark up to cover 10% downpayment.

I'm sure there will be someone out there have the capacity to hold property for longer period.
