I would like to sell my Sendayan Corner house. Anyone intrested ?


House no 323 Jalan 2/5
Strategic location for own house or investment.

Worth to view as the house is still new (single owner, not occupied before) Semi D design with extra land.
Alot of people working in Klang Valley staying here.

Selling my corner house in Suriaman 2A with lower market price. Received key in Jan 2019, unoccupied as of now. Land size 16 ft. Change of working area from KL to JB, hence had to let go urgently.

Planned to move there earlier, unable to do so since work location moved to JB.
If can get buyer will sell it out, as unable to maintain from far.

My corner was bought at RM848k in 2018. It may not be the reason to ask for high rental, but yes, 1.8k rental less than half of my monthly installment. πŸ˜₯

I rather keep it empty by serving bank loan then disturbing the neighbors. The Taman committee seems very strict, getting updates from MyTaman apps.

I'm sure there will be someone out there have the capacity to hold property for longer period.

Maybe but not one size fits all. I went there last week, their sales office were crowded and all their show unit that I visited have viewers. Like I said, its just the matter of time and personal preference.

Of course, that's why owners are selling below market value. Buyer can mark up to cover the down payment.
Subsale struggling not in Sendayan alone, everywhere else too, especially with ongoing HOC.

I personally got screwed some agents for promoting Sendayan 25 mins just from KL. They will come out with all sort of stories which sounds interesting enough but again...its buyer choice.
I have invested in many places trust me when I say I have seen much worst than this, in fact this is just normal.
