More units,  more sales and more traffic, with only 1 entrance to cater for the whole community. !!!!
*
Few owners of lunaria & elymus have expressed this concern to matrix and proposed another entrance. But matrix wont consider this bcos for them there is no issue about traffic.

Just wait once owners moved in and if this situation too bad, we also can protest & demo like yesterday. Besides, keep all your written complaint to matrix as proof

Resort homes project is just marketing hype by matrix. On top of house quality issue, several issues related to common environment of RH have been raised to matrix

- playground bench finishing from cement. If you sit on this bench, the cement dust will stick on your pants. compare to tiara sendayan & ara sendayan, matrix provide better finishing on the playground bench at this residence

- 2 in 1 futsal+basketball court. Matrix call this multipurpose court. This is really bullshit facility matrix provide to Resort homes residents. How come we can play futsal & basketball together at one time?? Matrix is too stingy to build futsal & basketball court separately. Unlike other taman, they have separate courts build for them even several taman have 3 different sport courts namely futsal, basketball & sepak takraw.

The nearby residents claimed rock blasting at Ara Sendayan caused house damage, dusts and noise.

Based on the EIA report in Dec 2015:

Cadangan Pembangunan Perumahan Di Lot 912, Mukim Rasah, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus Environmental Impact Assessment
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
...
19. A rock outcrop (previously an ex-quarry) covering about 15% (12ha) is situated at the north eastern corner of the Project site. There will not be any construction at this rock outcrop as it will be left undisturbed.

Before Matrix bought this land, the nearby residents and Matrix should already know this area was full of rocks and need blastings. The problem was no communication between them at initial stage.

I was amazed that Matrix has spent a lot of money to remove the rocky hill.

Building house at top of a isolated hill is not good Feng Shui. The storms and wind will be most scary.

Based on their presentation slide, only 3 unit of double storey bungalows (DSB) will be built there (Phase 6-1 unit GDV RM2m and Phase 7-2 unit GDV RM5m), date of construction: TBA

On the other hands, 46 unit DSB will be built in Hijayu Resort Villa (Phase 1-3), expected construction begin in year 2020.

By the way, based on fengshui only temple suitable for hill top not residential who need "backing"

True.. lack of communication is the main problem..

As for spending $$ on Rocky Hill.. well I'm sure there's something to be make about 😑 sure some $$ income.. if no profit. Why blast the hill right...

Let see what Matrix talk about Ara Sendayan in EIA Report:

...

Project Components

The Project consists of residential, green areas, as well as public utilities and amenities and supporting infrastructure. The Project is dominated by public amenitieis and infrastructure (62.38%), followed by residential development (37.62%).

Three types of residential units are proposed namely bungalows, semidetached and terraces. The total number of housing unit at the Project site is about 1,284 units.

The green and open area covers a total of 21.57% (14.47 ha). The two retention ponds will be located at the south western and south part of the site.

The population of the Project when fully completed is projected to be about 6,500 assuming 5 persons per dwelling unit.

CONCLUSION
The EIA concludes that the benefits from the establishment of the Project far outweigh the negative impacts. With the proper implementation of the mitigation measures, the environmental impacts highlighted in this EIA can be greatly minimized.

This conclusion has been based on the following considerations: ï‚·
1)The establishment of the Project will create additional housing options for Seremban

2)The establishment the Project will bring significant positive socioeconomic impacts surrounding the Project site by generating new and greater business opportunities, which will promote in-migration by providing housing and new job opportunities. rclxms.gif

3)The adverse environmental impacts generated during the construction and operation stage can be largely mitigated through proper design and best management practices. whistling.gif

Hope they walk the talk.

I not sure the affected party should get a copy of EIA to verify it, which authority approved Matrix's rock blasting?
