Kerap kali kesesakan berlaku sehinga berkilometer jauhnya. Begitu juga dari arah Selatan jika mereka mahu ke arah Greater KL. π· Dengan adanya lebuhraya ini, ia dapat menghubungkan trafik dari arah Selatan iaitu dari Senawang ke KLIA dengan lancar dan mudah, serta laluan alternatif mengelakkan kesesakan di Lebuhraya PLUS. Dear sifu here, I need your expert advise.
Plan to buy my 1st house. Currently working in kl, staying in Seri kembangan. Already saw houses in Cybersouth but only afford their townhouse. Went to BSS, I like the house there too. But my cousin from seremban introduce me Bandar Springhills, the house there more cheaper then BSS. The price for intermediate house in BSS can buy a corner unit in Springhills. I buy for my stay when old age, but might for investment too (whose know) Hope all expert here can provide me with clear image and good advise. TIA |

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the Comprehensive Development Plan was a regional development plan prepared to coordinate the spatial, economic and social aspects. "The development framework in the Comprehensive Development Plan is also adopted and detailed at the subsequent planning stage. "In addition, the Concept Master Plan for the Heartbeat project area which is the capitalist development plan in the MVV area is also being prepared," he said. Mohamad (BN-Rantau) disclosed this when replying to a question from Yap Yew Weng (DAP-Mambau) on the latest status of the MVV Rural Development Planning for the next 30 years at the 13th Meeting of the Second Sitting of the Fifth Term of the State Legislative Assembly, here today. Mohamad also said that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak was expected to launch the MVV at the international stage, to attract foreign investors' interest at the end of the year. "We received numerous requests from industries operating in the Klang Valley to move here. "But we will select the industries that can invest here and the government had rejected chemical-based industries as we feel they will bring numerous problems," he said. |
