OMG so bad huh, so unexpected, i thought new phase started from hijayu phase are better quality. Is elvina is bumi or international unit?

Is there any buyer for Suriaman phase?

Yes distribute up to 40% profits as dividend + 3 bonus issues since listing is great for share investors, but please don't forget to enhance your house workmanship/quality, this is us your house buyer who make you great.

Is affordable house with price not more than 300K is not much different from our house?, maybe the size is a bit small maybe around 20X65 i presume, and use IBS system

Under a new state housing policy announced by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan recently, 15% of new houses constructed in the state should cost less than RM80,000.

Each house must have three rooms and two bathrooms, and measure at least 112 sq m (1,205 square feet), with half of the houses reserved for bumiputras.

The Star had reported Mohamad as saying that bumiputras who bought these units would not be given discounts.

“We are colour blind when it comes to poverty. These RM80,000 units will be open to everyone,” he said, adding that low-cost houses would be built by Government agencies. rclxms.gif

Mohamad said another 15% of the new houses should cost less than RM250,000, while another 20% should cost less than RM400,000.

“Since developers have agreed to comply with our request that 50% of all units they build come under the affordable homes category, the remaining 50% can be high-end units,” he said.

Mohamad added that bumiputras would be eligible for a discount of between 5% and 10% for all houses costing more than RM80,000.

RM80K = 15%
Less than RM250K = 15%
Less than RM400K = 20%

With affordable house, developer no need to build low cost house, but how come Matrix's Chairman said affordable house in NS is defined as houses below RM300k not what has announced by MB tongue.gif

i purchase the suriaman still under develop...i purchase Mellonia hope it will be alright since it will be completed next year...

Mellonia is Suriaman 2B if my memory not fail.

Wonder how Matrix decide the name for Suriaman series, while understand Hijayu follow alphabet
Alconix, Balista, Castora, Dextora, Elvina, Fellona.

Any idea what is the distance between Suriaman 1 and the HTC.

Then should be save, Malaysia standard about 20 meter while Australia is 25 meter from the centre of HTC tower.

Near HTC also laku ka?

I remembered when i booking for Semi-D double storey in sikamat near HTC, but later i canceled and bought in BSS because of the HTC
