As at FY2017, approximately 8,300 units with a GDV of RM3.3 billion were introduced for both residential and commercial properties, cementing our position in introducing novel designs at affordable prices to our customers. We launched six (6) key projects worth RM633.6 million in GDV, namely

....

• Suriaman 2B
Comprising 232 units of double storey terrace homes set amidst a luscious green enclave and a myriad of commercial outlets, Suriaman 2B experienced healthy take-up response. Set across 24.9 acres and a GDV of RM154.0 million, residents will be surrounded by the seven (7) thematic gardens and also the 26-acre Sendayan Green Park, the green lung of the whole development.

Suriaman Biz
Covering an area of 2.5 acres, Suriaman Biz with a GDV of RM46.9 million is made up of 38 double-storey shop offices. To date, these units have received 100% thumbup.gif take up due to its strategic location, easy accessibility to major highways and serves as a catchment area to the surrounding area

...

• Suriaman 3
For those who enjoy beauty and picturesque homes, they will be spoilt for choice with the introduction of the Suriaman 3 double storey homes. Set across 11 acres and a GDV of RM73.3 million, Suriaman 3 offers 124 spacious units as well as access to the nearby commercial development that comes complete with retail, dining and entertainment facilities for homeowners. More than 90% rclxm9.gif has been taken up.

• Suriaman 2A
Suriaman 2A comprises 264 terraced houses with a GDV of RM169.5 million has experienced 80% tongue.gif take up to date. It is easily accessible to all major highways, and its crowning glory is its location to the seven (7) thematic parks that allow its residents to rest and relax, away from the busy city life.

With an average take up rate of approximately 80% rclxms.gif worth RM489 million, the overwhelming response received at our projects clearly demonstrates that Matrix has put in place the right strategy in delivering well-designed, affordable homes for the general public.

Extract from Matrix's Annual Report 2017, people really don't mind HTC, anyway the distance between HTC & Suriaman is safe

Anyone has the full name list of Suriaman series?

As far as I can remember Suriaman 3 is the first batch, Elfora & Efforix
Suriaman 2B is Mellonia

The rest can't recall, who can help to enlighten us what the name of house design for the following?

Suriaman 1
Suriaman 2
Suriaman 2A

More than 90% of Suriaman has been sold, more population for BSS rclxms.gif

Now have new problem, my taman hijayu 1, got a few house become as factory hostel, one house contain until 12 people, u know when factory local and foreigner worker are in the same gated place how u feel, i cannot imagine how this elite place become as low cost minded people stayed in the same place. they always ride motorcycle fast and loud, bring motorcycle at the balcony, then foreigner worker fall in love with one of our neighbours, 24 hours seduce her, and many other bad things happened lately.

I think STV will generate more problem to the so called Elite community here in BSS, why Matrix as reputable developer dont build hostel for this kilang worker in the first place, damn lah. STV is more to kilang place like senawang, have many low minded mentality and bring more social symptom in our community

More kilang will be built tongue.gif

Extract from AR 2017:

Sendayan TechValley and Sendayan Tech Park
In the period under review, Matrix sold 39.4 acres of industrial land in Sendayan TechValley (STV), totalling up to RM63.7 million.

This industrial park which focuses on delivering high-value, high-technology, low-pollution manufacturing plants currently has, among others, about 13 leading multinationals such as Daihatsu, Hino Motors, Akashi Kikai, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, Schmidt+ Clemens Asia and Weir Group.

As at FY2017, STV has brought in foreign direct investments (FDIs) amounting to RM3.2 billion across various sectors including automotive, aircraft and engineering systems, metal, construction, rubber and medical devices. The Group’s net saleable industrial land bank currently amount to 761.9 acres across both STV and Sendayan TechPark, of which 575 acres has already been sold between 2011 to 2017.

In addition, the Group had increased its industrial land bank for the last two (2) years by purchasing another 115.6 acres of land from 20 individual land owners, adjacent to STV. The acquisition of this land bank was funded by the Group’s internally generated funds.

Don't think BN will lose the Federal, anyway if they did, whole Malaysia may be affected especially the seats difference are close.

NS will suffer as it without HSR and Malaysia Vision Valley, BSS will still grow if NS remain at the hand of current MB but forget about exponential rate.

Even if BN loses both Federal & State seat, BSS still will grow as Matrix not a GLC and political neutral.

Voters need to exercise extra care, your vote decide the country future as well as your own investment.

Nice take but it will even nicer if both Dextora & Elvina that next to MGS and the club house has more people to live there.

Currently both the club house and the school still suffer losses, they need economies of scales to sustain.

As a Seremban lang, I do see great improvement & development for a better Seremban/NS.
Politic of course is a big part of this, BN is doing good, but I do hope to see opposition take some seats, so that BN or the power holding party to be more alert and competitive!!!

Ya it can be better or worse when change of government, anyway as a vested person in BSS. I hope remain status quo especially the Opposition said they will scrap HSR when they take over Putrajaya, this is a big No No.

Likewise forget about Malaysia Vision Valley as this is PM Najib's legacy, no way they will maintain it.

My opinion is HSR is the trend after the success of China in HSR development and more mature technology nowadays.
No really relate to which party is government. Malaysia is just a follower in high technology development but not creator.

Malaysia Vision Valley just a vision which similar to Wawasan 2020.
It can be renamed as Malaysia Super City or whatever name. The development wouldn't stop

Remain status quo thinking is one of the big obstacle for Malaysia to become a success country.

Just my opinion for sharing. Not really link to politics.

I didn't create this out of nothing but Pakatan themselves say it out loudly

Pakatan says no to KL-Singapore high-speed rail
http://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/paka...high-speed-rail

While Vision 2020 is for the whole country, Malaysia Vision Valley is specially for Seremban & Port Dickson, kudos for NS MB manage to convince Federal to pump money into our area.

So far NS MB do a good job to develop NS, the voter know it, people give credit where credit is due don't think there is change of state government. One of the reason why BSS up is the strong support from state government.

Too much uncertainty for Opposition, the common goal is to overthrow Najib tomorrow, what happen the day after tomorrow......in-fighting, jump ships, emergency state??

I better stop here before this become too politic.
