My Matrix sales agent just confirmed that Tiara Sendayan is at Gadong Jaya, target launching date by November 2017

Gadong Jaya/Tiara Sendayan here should be Kota Gadong Perdana in the earlier map.

According to my sales agent Matrix bought Gadong Jaya land from Eka Matahari since 2014, and the name will changed soon to Tiara Sendayan. Same case like Ara Sendayan bought land from others and changed the name.

About Bukit Era project my sales agent dont know about it so far.

My sales agent just inform me that Bukit Era project is also at Gadong Jaya, include in Tiara Sendayan

so it means matrix will develop this gadong jaya area and it will become part of BSS rite?



is this the junction from gadong/KLIA to BSS area?

Yes same like Ara Sendayan (but focus on mid-highEnd houses), but for Tiara Sendayan focus on affordable houses

Based on Matrix's IPO Prospectus, Kota Gadong Perdana already owned by them before they are listed in year 2013, they intend to build 3,000+ houses there same with Tiara Sendayan as such both are the same, below is the extract:



However Bukit Eka only acquired after listed, these land size acquired exactly the same with Matrix's presentation, they use gross size unlike the previous practice to exclude the public amenities may be they have not done anything yet.

I think they close to each other but different project based on my previous thread.

Yes true

my unit elvina, very bad luck, get key with no water electricity for one month, defect few month still not settle, leaking, crack, floor not even, flushing tank leaking water etc...

regret to buy this unit. now that area too many vacant units for sales, some people start sell at lower price than i buy
Advise for those who afford this pricing better go for more reliable developer
