Anyone update the latest firmware for Acher C5 V2?

Modifications and Bug Fixes
1. Added a suffix "@unifi" on SSID (WiFi Name), included in Guest SSID.

Archer C5 (MY) V2 TM Unifi Wireless Router

Virtual LAN. I believe using the same Ethernet cable, you can have two separate network. Not visible to each other.

Hypptv is one vlan and tagged as 600

Internet v500

VoIP v***(forgot what it is)

-.- You are out of date.
TP-Link had been addressing it since the reveal.

Having a strange problem here with my Streamyx 8mbps connection and Archer D7:

1.) With Bandwidth Control DISABLED, I'm getting the full 8mbps download. Total download speed set at 10239mbps (as detected by the modem router)

2.) With Bandwidth Control ENABLED, I'm only getting 7mbps download even with no rules set for any clients.

3.) Set a rule for one client to max download/upload, still getting 7mbps speed only.

Hence, once I switch on Bandwidth Control, I seem to be getting a penalty on the download speed. I tried another modem and it's running 8mbps as well, therefore it's this function that somehow cuts a portion of the bandwidth. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not all of the router. sad.gif

I would propose Linksys WRT1200AC or WRT1900AC ......Linksys officially supports those models using DD-WRT firmware...

The issue is with FCC ruling which prevent third party firmware as some users run a third power firmware to boost the wireless transmit power above the legal limit.

Apparently this issue is resolved now and you should see third party firmware to be back soon.

Will TP-LINK update the latest stable dropbear SSH 2017.75?

I don't get the point, what's the benefit behind this;

'Added a suffix "@unifi" on SSID (WiFi Name), included in Guest SSID.'
