My Unifi 30 mbps just upgraded to 50 mbps 3 days ago. (Thank You Campaign 2017).

Based on 3 days speed test result, I only able to get 30/20 mbps on beta.speedtest.net. Download remains as 30 mbps, only upload speed doubled. Even watching 4K video on Youtube, only can reach max bandwidth/speed around 30 mbps.

I am using Huawei HG655a with TP-Link Archer C3150 V2, my router has built-in speed test. The built-in speed test shows 50/20 mbps. But I still get 30/20 mbps on 4 desktop/laptop computers in house.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

Restarted multiple times, tweeting with TM supports on Twitter since yesterday, tried almost everything on my side, also refreshed connection on TM side.

Still 30/20 mbps using cable/wifi. But 50/20 mbps shows on router administration page.

Found the answer on

Official TM UniFi High Speed Broadband Thread V32, Enjoy Your Speed Upgrade (Unifi)
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&#entry86639237

It was the QoS that caused the problem.

I was using gaming setting, now switching back to standard setting.

Finally can get 50/20 mbps on beta.speedtest.net.

Thanks to jusbella.

been using asus n66u its still having regular updates till now. switched to C7 for half a year, its usable, good wifi range. however, user interface is so so, the usb port is unusable slow when you connect hdd to watch movies, very SLOW compare to Asus n66u. Not only TPlink C7 got no firmware update, they made the new C7v2 firmware so difficult to switch to ddwrt or other firmware.

I disconnect the network cable from

user posted image and connect to user posted image

The cable attached to unifi modem.

Call TM to provide the unifi id & password to set up PPOE to set up the latter. Problem is no internet, call Unifi, reset port, reboot modem, reboot router, change lan port, call unifi, repeat 10 X yet still no internet.

Connect the old router, got internet.

WTH is going on?

I also tried to connect to user posted image

After set up still no internet, go back to old TP link got internet.

The reason why i want to change the old router because it cant do MIMO and always disconnected.

HELP!

Maybe they were aware of vlan 500 tagging for internet and vlan 600 tagging for iptv.
