Your lucky. I know I memang kena slaughtered for Rm150.
Call 100 and complain and confirm the installer will call you to plead with you. Try and see. But seriously, I didnt take the refund after they offered but I asked them to do an additional work on the wiring.
Yes, after you totally terminate your account. Mine would not be refunded because TM says Im still maintaining the old streamyx number. doh.gif

I bet you they wont. Because when you complain, they will get hauled up because it is they who installed.

Was it an existing line before you applied streamyx or did the line come with streamyx installation?

This is correct, but before 20 Jun 2017 only.
20 Jun 2017 onwards, PSTN & Streamyx customer can bring the number to be UniFi phone number.

Customer who already using UniFi, and got extra PSTN number (got 1 line unifii + 1 line pstn at the same premise) also can bring the number to be UniFi phone number right now. Can be requested at TMpoint

So, you're basically cancelling your old copper line.
Does this mean you can get back your deposit for that line?

Same situation for me, but I opt to keep my old number so old account still there but paying rm1/month, ask TM to refund my overpayment of rm100 to my Unifi account but was told will take 2 months.

They will, it's very common they offer +RM10 to upgrade into next speed package, but mostly they only offer upon your contract expired lah.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

Got. Paying RM 149 for 10Mbps (free upgrade from 5Mbps) and TM offered to 30Mbps for RM 159 and will not have free upgrade to 50Mbps but eventually they still got it. I don't blame users, I will blame TM for offering different plans to different users.

Maybe your subscription will be upgraded to 20mbps @ RM80 or 60mbps @ RM110 in 2018/19.
