I am just curious. Do TM gives out new STB if one is broken down after a year and I am still subscribing to unifi.
What is STB? FYI, they change my router for free after 2 years of using it.

Just got back from TMpoint Damansara Utama.
Sad for all 100mbps subs (No Discount at all). I should've downgrade to 50mbps last year. Regretted like shit now. For those subs rate RM209.00, RM219.00 & RM229.00 for 100mbps is an upgrade from 50mbps (Foc) adjustment from TMpoint & Agents assistance. Not all can get this rate. Selected once only (Whatever that means). Decided to downgrade to 10mbps Lite. Unfortunately can't be done cause 100mbps subs using different system. In the end throw me an additional RM20.00 discount (RM259.00 + 6% = RM274.55nett). If someone (Pure 100mbps) can get this rate, this is the lowest rate for existing 100mbps. If you can get lower than this please let me know how you do it. I've done my best. Disappointed yes but no choice cause I need 100mbps cause sharing with 7 to 8 notebook under one roof plus 5 Iptv. QUOTE(monkeybeh @ May 12 2017, 11:57 AM) yup. for heavier users or who shared among many users then 50Mbps at rm179 is more worthy than rm129. no to forget rm179 includes ruby pack. so extra rm50 get ruby pack and 40Mbps extra of download speed plus 15Mbps of upload are actually more worthy. This post has been edited by westlife: May 12 2017, 12:43 PM |

RM229.00 x 6% = RM242.75 (50mbps aka 100mbps) & RM259.00 x 6% = RM274.55nett (Pure 100mbps)
RM242.75 - RM274.55 = RM31.80nett (Different) For my case. Others I'm not sure. Next year 31 May 2018 my contract end. Hope can get fresh discount by then huhuhu. This post has been edited by doremon: May 12 2017, 01:47 PM |

Unifi sucks! The line is not stable, the statement never send to our home. Reported a few complaints, still same. So we decided to terminate. When called up, the telephone support said can only terminate our line after Jan 14, 2017 without being fine penalty. So we did it on Jan 18, 2017. Now they want to fine us penalty because they said the date should be counted from installation date. How can we expect that the information given by their customer service through phone call is wrong and now they still want to give us fine! Terrible service!!

QUOTE(sHawTY @ May 11 2017, 10:42 PM) No. You just have to wait for the upgrade to come I myself applied for the free upgrade in January and was first promised to get the upgrade in March then in April checked again, they changed it into June Not worth complaining. Just wait If after the end of the year we still don't get the free upgrade, then we can all file a complaint to SKMM/MCMC QUOTE(lyc1982 @ May 12 2017, 02:00 AM) Oo ok. Coz initially thought that they introduced new T&Cs. If they did then only I'd rage. |
