I'm using PB Quantum MC. Supposedly I have 5% cashback. Why do I get RM5 only for 200+ transactions? Anyone has any idea?

U may check ur statement, transaction not eligible for cash back will earn VIP point, thus u can determine which transaction and call CS for clarification. But for my calculation all ur transaction got 5% Cb except the 2 lazada. And this is recently issue faced by most of user, please head to pbb thread to find More info.

Is it risky to have 9 credit cards on hands?

- Maybank 2 cards plat (weekend dining cashback)
- cimb cash back plat (online purchase)
- maybank islamic plat petronas ikhwan (8% weekend cashback for petronas)
- maybank islamic gold ikhwan (lazy upgrade to plat, same benefit, friday sat cashback)
- public bank petron gold visa (ringgitplus rm200 lazada promo, cancel soon)
- aeon gold visa (travel insuracen & PPL access)
- hsbc amanah (gobear rm300 lazada promo, cancel soon)
- standard chartered justone plat (smarttag + rm50 from ringgitplus, cancel soon)

taking out 3 cards cancelling soon, I still have 6 cards tho. Ppl always ask me why I so many cards, I blame them dono utilize the benefits that is out there.

Can we apply cc then after approved, cancel the card straightaway?

Is okay if u are good pay master. I have credit card from 8 different bank issuer. Think got 13, not really count it.

I keep most of the cards at home. In fact, people around me appreciate I have so many cards, whatever discount I also have.

All spending cash back alot t&c my friend, read through I no interest sudah. Plus I am not a crazy spender, I only use what I need, hence the number of cards I have.

At one point I have 12 cards, including hongleong mach, citibank cash back and uob vox. But mach annoying for the 10 transaction thing, citibank customer service centre is shit, uob vox no more utilities/bill cashback. So cancelled all these cards. Left 12 now

I know how to manage thanks to kind people in forum and fruittie!

And I educate people around me about cards benefit coz why not, knowledge is power. Any nice cc recommendation for utilities/bill cashback like uob vox?

Since when got T&C? Anything spend on weekends then eligible for cash back. I get full RM 50 every month. Pay my PTPTN, UniFi and all. Plus shopping and etc.

Limited choices, can use AmEx if possible.

since when m2 amex got a lot TnC? Its the card have no TnC, u just swipe ur Amex during weekends every weekends possible will do. Included paying to government transaction like PTPTN/LHDN, paying utilities bill, etc. Many cards cannot do this.

Anyway, basically about the same requirements for all banks.

For foreigners will require to apply via branch or card centre. Those booths in malls will not process for foreigners' application.
Need 3 months payslip, work permit copy and employment confirmation letter.
