today go to redeem the voucher at old town, i push the order button on the table, the waitress come on, i show her the voucher for redeemtion, she directly said cannot, i feel terrible as i can redeem the nasi lemak here last time, so i asking the staff that redeem for me the voucher last time, he said no problem, can redeem. after finnish eat,i walk out from old town and go to toilet, after go out from toilet, i saw the female staff that refuse to redeem the voucher, she ask me i havent pay for the bill, i said i used the voucher ard, she ssid cannot and ask me follow her go back to oldtown to see her manager, ok, i follow her, once go in the old town it seems like the manager know what happen and tell me the bill settle ard and apologize to me, i was feel that i m being shame by the female staff.

No proper training to staff on awareness of campaign..It's bad management

3g here can get 8-13mbps, but lately its suck a lot. Im sure a lot suffer from umobile network this 2-3 month..other network also the same here(temerloh) except maxis on 4g network which is the best.only 4g, their (maxis) 3g network also sux a lot.

change to auto 4g/3g/2g, then phone log on 4g network, the data fly....

outside, 4g no go, switch to 3g then go

after introduction of P78, i'm now observing how the network performs

yesterday night already notice a drop speed - maybe more umobile users

if 3g also start can't flow, its time take out my collectible 3g repeater and put it on

Previously basic data was 3G among the best of all big telco in regard to basic data.

This pretty normal. Many of umobile offers they don't honour it.

I redeem like 2 to 4 stuff all fail to redeem. Maybe umobile no heart to give.

For me 5mbps is okay. It hardly exceed that speed. Very unstable.

But 1.5Mbps for video streaming.

Eh can u guys tether mobile hotspot from 1 device to another? I tried just now my second mobile device keep searching for IP address.

Make sure your mobile hotspot setting "Allow devices only" is turned off. Meaning that any devices can connect to your hotspot.

If "allowed devices only" option is turned off, then what plan are you using?

I am using the postpaid U28. Finally manage to connect but it's slow like hell. Almost not moving at all. Is it supposed to be like that?
