I am using the postpaid U28. Finally manage to connect but it's slow like hell. Almost not moving at all. Is it supposed to be like that?

Are you able to surf internet as usual on the phone that you use for the hotspot? If yes, reboot your phone and try again.

If not, it could be network issue if the particular area, such as network congestion either 3G or 4G network, poor signal (depends how many signal bars you get). Try go outdoors to get better signal.

Well, sometimes tech do have some minor glitches. Usually it will be solved once you reboot it.

Just spend some credit, the creditshare balance will be deducted first. In UM app, need to tap on the wallet icon next to main balance.

If between different telco confirm cannot.
If between same telco can, bring forward prepaid balance and then offset to postpaid, but maximum RM100 cap. Anything more than that will be forfeited.

true.

in berjaya timesquare, umobile territory, i put on 3g preferred mode (3g/2g auto) - 3g can not jalan

change to auto 4g/3g/2g, then phone log on 4g network, the data fly....

outside, 4g no go, switch to 3g then go

after introduction of P78, i'm now observing how the network performs

yesterday night already notice a drop speed - maybe more umobile users

if 3g also start can't flow, its time take out my collectible 3g repeater and put it on  sweat.gif

before P78 already sux. So by adding P78 only worsen the network.

According to the FAQ, cannot transfer to U Mobile postpaid. Only between prepaid to prepaid.

Maximum RM100 or 10 times in a month, whichever comes first.

i was thinking to transfer to prepaid then convert to postpaid to get the bill paid , but they are not allow since they separate the credit share from credit pool

but for vostro case, ur fren may convert to u28, then port out to digi

so the first bill would -150 , even they deduct some <> RM 30, still can get back Rm 120 cheque
