today go to redeem the voucher at old town, i push the order button on the table, the waitress come on, i show her the voucher for redeemtion, she directly said cannot, i feel terrible as i can redeem the nasi lemak here last time, so i asking the staff that redeem for me the voucher last time, he said no problem, can redeem. after finnish eat,i walk out from old town and go to toilet, after go out from toilet, i saw the female staff that refuse to redeem the voucher, she ask me i havent pay for the bill, i said i used the voucher ard, she ssid cannot and ask me follow her go back to oldtown to see her manager, ok, i follow her,  once go in the old town it seems like the manager know what happen and tell me the bill settle ard and apologize to me,  i was feel that i m being shame by the female staff.

Truly unlimited, but with 5Mbps and poor coverage by umobile, it's barely there. Heck you don't even need a 4G device to use this line. My umobile 3G can reach 7Mbps at my area.

no worry, no 1 would praise a telco when he/she enjoy good speed and coverage, so very normal to see all complains 

tbh, umobile coverage is bad especially indoor 1, can't wait for JULY to test

Yup. Last time I used  to recommend it to ppl around for its high price/performance value best but now I'll say... Better stay away.

Nah, i complained since 3 months ago .. they say they detected high user at my office area.. but cannot give solution of what can be done ..
2months ago and last month also call to follow up.. no solution whatsoever .. so bye bye lor.. my last month umobile got 11GB data, i only utilize  1GB .. coz at office totally cannot use ..
