My umi30 3g is 0.05 n 15mb for 4g at s.buloh

There's no speed restriction explicitly set. The only factor that affect your speed is signal quality, type of handset use and tower congestion. By the way, both 3G and 4G speed is slightly lower than average but not too bad.

today go to redeem the voucher at old town, i push the order button on the table, the waitress come on, i show her the voucher for redeemtion, she directly said cannot, i feel terrible as i can redeem the nasi lemak here last time, so i asking the staff that redeem for me the voucher last time, he said no problem, can redeem. after finnish eat,i walk out from old town and go to toilet, after go out from toilet, i saw the female staff that refuse to redeem the voucher, she ask me i havent pay for the bill, i said i used the voucher ard, she ssid cannot and ask me follow her go back to oldtown to see her manager, ok, i follow her,  once go in the old town it seems like the manager know what happen and tell me the bill settle ard and apologize to me,  i was feel that i m being shame by the female staff.
