If he was a newbie driver , recommend Proton persona or iriz for safety , no joke good safety , but cost raise a lot for maintenance , price remain about the same.

Heard ESC going to be implement for all car , some people say not so fast , all wait government announce.

bro, you may check out your owners manual, there should be instruction on how to take the reading, and they also mention on the acceptable reading level as well.

Look like I am totally wrong on gearbox oil check

Page 14-24
The oil should be check after 15min of 60kmh or 30min of 40kmh
Park the car at flat surface
Press brake and move gear from P to 2 then back to P
Pull dipstick, clean and put back
Check again was it on HOT range

If front and rear side has differences, use the lower value.

There mention if lower than hot range then need add fluid , it dint mention over Hot range need decrease fluid, but mention not to overfill.

For the above speed , we easily drive at 80-100kmh , so gearbox heat are sure over those range.

At page 17-3
Engine viscosity chart ( API SN or higher )
It do put 10w-30 , 5w-30 , and 0w-20 viscosity range

And remark 0w-20 was best for fc

I think the above 3 type of oil are suitable for bezza

Page 13-7
For rental car , or severe driving
Recommended change engine oil every 5k

the ATF is liquid cooled, if you look carefully there's a smallish heat exchanger located somewhere on the gearbox casing. Imagine a canister like thingy that have 4 pipes on it. 2 pipes for ATF in out, 2 pipes for coolant in out.
.
*
Ah...
Okok..
Then.. Don't we have to change the coolant?
I'll ask the SC..
Thanks man..

Actually, not much even..

And don't forget the atf to change also..
Not just engine oil..
Mabbe at 20 to 30k km range..
Gearbox is the next most expensive component in the car if bought new..

Perodua service recommended 40k for gearbox oil

But a lot people been changing it at 20k recommended by sc doh.gif
some recommended item dint been change like brake fluid and air filter at 20k
Yet , other unnecessary thing like magnet , washer fluid , battery protector been added .

I think they will give warranty as long as you service at perodua sc .

I have seem too many version of these for the same mileage.

Potential bezza buyer here.
I hope it doesn't looks like cari pasal. tongue.gif
Need you guy's opinion.

What makes you guys choose Bezza over Saga?
Here are my finding so far:

Bezza:
Feature rich
Better RV
Better FC
Less Maintenance cost
Reliable

Saga:
Safety
Better Handling
Lower Price
Looks (this one quite personal hmm.gif )

Can we retrofit an old car, say a 2015 Myvi, with it or does it only comes with a new car?

depends on what you want bro, seriously.
if you want spirited drive, saga.
if you want good fuel economy, bezza.

the reason i pick bezza is the boot space it had. or else i would have go for new saga.

yes, not very expensive but more expensive than ordinary battery. SC price should be sub RM400 now, previously with GST is like RM411. If kena SST (assuming 10%) then lagi mahal. brows.gif
