Cashback credited after statement got generated. Question is have to pay statement amount or I can minus out the cashback? Noticed that CIMB does not consider the credit of cashback as "payment" unlike Maybank.

Example:
Statement amount = 2000
Cashback = 50 credited after statement

So to pay full RM2000 or just RM1950 will do?

Many people say for cimb case must pay rm2000.

No.
All JomPay transaction are only entitled for 0.2% including PTPTN.

Tak kena means will not kena. At least you already kena once but not sure how they assess this part.

Not sure. I hope they don't increase for me, buat susah me to call to refuse it. laugh.gif

Auto? I thought their SMS is usually a consent and have to reply if agree to the CL increase? At least that's what I experienced with Citi.

but is just to reply yes or no
cimb is to call back say yes

feel strange...
citibank and ambank sms were in 2 days continuously
after nearly 2 months cimb pula

hlb use for many years but never offer me
