I didnt get my lazada rebate for last month. their service getting poor.

The description just showing "Lazada Kuala Lumpur MY" without the (Ecart Service)

Further update:
I have checked with them and purchased via LZD apps only get 0.2% rebate.
They categorized it as "Other rebate" .

just found out from BNM can go to AKPK get my CCRIS for free, and it is near my house rclxm9.gif
should be no record, just now the cs call and check for me,i said i am concern about ccris then he said something like wait ah i see ur record...think he maybe look at the ccris report. hope is the latest one he saw.

If it is the bank's mistake, you can request bank to remove the entry in ccris record. More work for the banks though.

Further note: re-read that you got charged for interest on unpaid balance, not late payment fee.
Should not have any impact to ccris.

i would suggest you wait till aug only request it

i did notice that when paying by credit card on app, a hellopay screen flashed briefly. i don't recall seeing this in the past and was kinda surprised.

could this because lazada changed their credit card processor from ecart to hellopay recently and hellopay doesn't set the correct flag to tag the transaction as online?
