Card is activated, just need to create PIN then can use.

Use it for paying LHDN tax, will get rejected from bank too. Need to call CS perhaps. Look like many merchant reject for online transaction?

just got a call from pb, for those who register pbe online, some functions on the pages are not activated. in order to have full privileges on the pbe, you need to go to nearest branch and get the officer to activate for you. similar to what celaw has commented earlier.

yes.. having similar issue also once login, most functions show error code

called cs and being informed nothing can be done over the phone.. must walk in to link cc to their system

Wow, amazing PBB customer service...I am currently holding their PBB and WMC and call in to inquire about the possibility to add the Quantum cards but was told that i have to fill up a new application form and send in all the supporting documents

Depend what transaction date captured by PBB. Ur week 2 transaction date is Monday?
