Wow, amazing PBB customer service...I am currently holding their PBB and WMC and call in to inquire about the possibility to add the Quantum cards but was told that i have to fill up a new application form and send in all the supporting documents  :confused:

hehe, applied the quantum cards on last tuesday , approved today.
finally back to pb cards family after cancelled their card 6 years ago...

Does VS gets cashback on Jompay Payment?

My Quantum card is not reflecting on bill payment page. CS asked me to go to the bank and link the card which I don't agree on. Is there a simpler method?

Since this is an online purchase, will I get rebate for it every month ? For eg the phone is rm2400 and 12months installment will give every month rm200. Will I be able to claim the 5% online cash back every month for a period of my instalment, or would I get a lump sum rm2400 rebate which called at rm30 on the first month ?

Same here, no auto reply.. I called n asked them to check.. then only they reply manually..

They do 2 times BT as that day the CS asked me to resend, mana tahu they go n treat as 2 applications.. I saw my authorize charges is double of my BT amount..
