Wow, amazing PBB customer service...I am currently holding their PBB and WMC and call in to inquire about the possibility to add the Quantum cards but was told that i have to fill up a new application form and send in all the supporting documents 

I applied Quantum to test water, submitted on Thursday's evening and still not in record... Well, better than hearing it is rejected.

PB website, actually sent via email to their CS.

Knowing how strict they are when it comes to applications and they seem to take PTPTN loan holders quite seriously, I kinda lose hope already.

Oh mine was a physical form, didn't know there is online application.

It's funny how most shop are shunning pay wave especially hyper market. You'll have to request them to use it and even then, some will still decline your request.

For my case, the cashiers will take my card and use wave without even asking me.
Not sure if that is allowed.

Call PBB customer service to check if your card is blocked by them - PBB tends to block credit cards with > 2 transactions within a very short period of time.  Many people have experienced this before.

How you apply your Quantum? Is there any promotion or free gift for existing PBB card holder?

Finally my Public Bank credit card application was approved.

It take total 3 weeks from the day i email until sms notify it is approved.

Calling the Hotline won't help you because the System will tell you that your I/C no. Is not recorded in sysyem until approved.

What u think?

Why invalid? I submitted mine last week and it's been quiet too. I'm wondering if i should call them or just wait.

i follow the PDF email and sent to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my, just now called to Pbb CS they said my IC is not in their record. mean i sent my data to the wrong person? @@

i called to CS and click number 4 to enter my IC to check. they say not in their system. so means maybe still not yet processed? i sent the email on 26/4. or i really sent the wrong email already
