It's always on my web Nice gains. Wow. I sold mine at 500+ sats didn't expect them to moon so quickly. Now imagine if you had 100BTC. You'd have 224BTC by now Just for info, I bought DGB at 64 sats. Sold 10% at 750 and 10% at 850, expecting it to drop before I pick it up again. Instead it shot up much more. My 80% left is now 100%+ again. Oh ya, just for info. My strategy is mainly HODL with some swing trades at the side. The way cryptos is going, I think it is better to HODL, good coins that is. This post has been edited by kmarc: Jun 2 2017, 07:49 PM |

Once I'm done with my finals ill look at some other potential coin. Gotta put some into baby coins but all seems growing exponentially. Cheaper altcoins have better chances of getting multiplied further, yeah? Nice gains. Just for info, I bought DGB at 64 sats. Cheaper altcoins have better chances of getting multiplied further, yeah? Bought mid April. Didn't have much hope for it at that time as the only news was joining up with minecraft. Only in crazy cryptoland where you can get such gains. How long have you held the DGB for? Yeah, "cheaper" altcoins but you have to also see the total number of coins and it's market cap. The only problem is a lot of coins are still unproven, you could say, work in progress...... |

Hedge Funds hesitate investing in Bitcoin, Ethereum & Ripple despite fast growth : http://us.blastingnews.com/business/2017/0...-001740023.html
QUOTE Since the beginning of the year, all three major cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple, have increased their value almost exponentially, performing much better than any other asset. Cryptocurrencies outperform all other assets Last week, #Bitcoin passed $2,300 and more than doubled its value since the beginning of the year. During the same period, Ethereum increased its value from $8.24 on January 1, to $203 which represents a rise in the value of 2,367%. #Ripple (XRP) has performed even better by increasing its value by 4000%, reaching $0.26 since the start of the year. On the other hand, more traditional assets have not performed as well since the beginning of the year. The S&P 500 Index has gone up by 7.9% and NASDAQ by 15%. Regarding traditional currencies, the euro has risen against the dollar by approximately 6% and the British pound has risen by about 2%. The numbers speak for themselves and many people find it difficult to understand the reasons why #Hedge Funds have not yet capitalized on the cryptocurrency investment trend. Reasons hedge funds hesitate to invest in cryptocurrencies There are a few factors that make many hedge funds unwilling to invest in cryptocurrencies. These are briefly analyzed below. Lack of knowledge: A hedge fund manager who chose to remain anonymous told CNBC that many hedge funds are unwilling to invest in a product for which they do not have sufficient knowledge and do not fully understand. Indeed, blockchains are complicated software but they could have educated themselves in order not to miss out on the opportunity. Security and risk: Hedge fund managers consider cryptocurrencies risky assets mainly because they are vulnerable to hackers and digital theft. Niche asset: Hedge funds consider cryptocurrencies as niche assets that cannot yet be seriously considered for large scale investments. Clients: Hedge funds are still finding it difficult to convince their clients to invest in cryptocurrencies. Their clients still prefer traditional investments in assets like gold. Fears of a bubble: Hedge funds are reluctant to invest in cryptocurrencies because they are not yet convinced that the rally since the beginning of the year is not a bubble. Thus, they wait in order to see what happens. Factors that may change the situation In brief, the situation can be changed if cryptocurrencies become more mainstream. For example, if large multinational banks and other financial institutions start providing services like the settlement of cryptocurrencies, perceptions might change and more people may be convinced to invest in them. I guess it is the above reasons that many people don't invest in cryptocurrencies. Hype on Digibyte? https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@lepton/...necraft-warning
Digibyte vs. Minecraft (WARNING) QUOTE In recent weeks I noticed a huge hype around Digibyte and its future connection with Minecraft. Thanks to the vague Twitter announcement and countdown microsite people got crazy and the value skyrocketed. Many people invested serious amounts of money in Digibyte just because of Minecraft connection and because: „Millions of players will soon be introduced to Digibyte!". Also many fortune-teller youtubers are screaming that Digibyte will reach 1$ in near future just because of Minecraft launch. So I was suspicious about it and tried to find more info… Don't get me wrong I also own a bit of Digi and I believe it can be successful in the future. BUT THE HYPE AROUND MINECRAFT IS NONSENSE! There is absolutely no connection between Digibyte and Minecraft developer Mojang. Guys from Digibyte are just starting their own server where you can play and earn Digibyte by mining blocks in survival mode. Which is very nice and it will probably boost the coin but its nowhere close to what most of these investors expect (incorporating Digibyte as an in-game currency for all players). So in reality 99% of normal Minecraft players will never know about it. Also the server is not a new thing. It was running before and now its just launching again after update. The whole thing seems to be just a big misunderstanding. Continue supporting Digibyte if you like it just please don't believe the hype around Minecraft and everything they say about huge playerbase, number of Minecraft copies sold worldwide etc. And don't quit your day job yet Read their official statement: We don't have any relationship with Mojang nor Microsoft. This is just a server meant for everyone to play on many devices (PC, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi 3 and more!). You will basically earn DigiByte for playing minigames and for selling diamonds which you mined in Survival. You can also buy Ranks (mostly cosmetics) with your earned DigiByte or with real money (credit card, bank). If you would like to have a chat contact me on Telegram @LaurynasHQ or on Twitter @laurynasc111 Another one : https://www.reddit.com/r/Digibyte/comments/...with_minecraft/ Note : I unloaded another 10% based on this news. Will see what happens after this..... This post has been edited by kmarc: Jun 2 2017, 11:46 PM |

Afaik there are 2 types of btc debit card at the moment; one's balance is in btc so it'll be converted as soon as you swipe it, and the other one is locked into USD when you load btc on it. QUOTE(b0rhui @ Jun 3 2017, 12:18 AM) Will wait for your review Come to think about the news on DGB, now I don't like the sound of it. Sold another 10% and I still have left 100%. Lol.....Afaik there are 2 types of btc debit card at the moment; one's balance is in btc so it'll be converted as soon as you swipe it, and the other one is locked into USD when you load btc on it. Trade volume has exceeded ETH Personally I think RDD is more promising than this integration with minecraft They are just using minecraft on their server to incorporate DGB in it. I don't know how it works but it seems you have to play on their server to get that function. It is not incorporating DGB in the actual game that is played by millions. Now I'm getting ready some BTC for the next red wave. QUOTE(soonming @ Jun 3 2017, 01:43 AM) I rem someone on here saying crypto movements make no sense at times. This is perhaps one of those times, unless some ppl know something we don't know... I think we all observed that. That's how crazy cryptoland is. I was surprised at its meteoric rise. Pleasantly though. Let's see where this leads to... Anyway, as mentioned, I don't like the sound of DGB news. Too much hype. Will sell off more if it still goes up. June 10 is the date. If this is a P&D, expect a sell-off just before it comes out. However, in cryptoland, you'll never know.... maybe it will shoot to the moon! This post has been edited by kmarc: Jun 3 2017, 07:20 AM |
