Ayam using coinhako and living in SG now too.
So far so good, and of course I will always transfer my eth to my own wallet instead of storing them for long term investment.

The catch is you need to verify by taking a photo holding to your ID
They used xfers to deposit money hence need to do verification on both coinhako and xfers.

I tried coinbase initially, it don't really work with xfers (the only way for SG), having this issue:

Contacted them but no reply, only automated email requesting to check on FAQ, hence I don't really have faith with them when they don't bother to reply my support ticket.

Yes, the best is to use these type of wallet. Trezor or ledger is ok but seeing how things are progressing, I think ledger nano S is the better one for now as it is going to support more coins in the near future. Trezor apparently is concentrating on Trezor 2 and won't be adding support for other coins soon. That's the word on the street anyway.

That's the usual scenario. When BTC goes up, altcoins suffer. That's why it is not recommended to buy when everything is green, wait for a sea of red, which so far, has never fail to emerge!

However, do remember that most altcoins are paired to BTC. As such when BTC goes up, altcoins/BTC ratio goes down. Just that the percentage drop is usually more.

No one can predict that. But the current price is very good
