I wouldn't buy this type of stock because of the low liquidity, the price can be 3-4 bids when u buy up/sell down. Normally i won't touch this kind of stock, at least must show the candle stick.

Hardcore fans might argue that there's a long shadow on the candle and together with the large buying volume towards the end of the market, there's confidence with the business itself.

So, history in June might repeat? Consolidating for a few days/weeks before going higher? Pure speculation.

The question one should address is when to sell for a profit. Or is one trying to sell at the highest possible price?

Oh I saw that. It was a like a flash crash pretty much all over the places. Non glove stocks had such movement too...

Having one own trading plan and setups. Speculation does not.

As it is, the June correction was the first base. It's now just mid July.

So the first base movement since June....



It's very important to call it as it is.

1. The stock has since run up very sharply...
2. This run up has happened in a very short time...

* do not emotion - do not fundamental or what no at this point... call it out as it is

Now in very sharp stock run ups, esp those that is having a 2nd leg run up, you need to address iif the run up is running out of steam....
Logic ma... Running very fast and straight up a hill in a short period of time... will not last.
The stock will soon need to take a break...

In stocks, you need to look for signs like exhaustion gaps...
Stock gapping up after a sharp run up...

And clearly you can see the stock is over extended...

Can you see that it's as if the stock is trying to do some vertical climbing after running up a hill?

Simple questions like... at this moment...
if the stock starts reversing... where is the support gonna be?

I wouldn't know... it's gonna be pure speculation to guess where the next support is... it's like not knowing where the exit door is.


Of course in the near future, this might lead to a consolidation and of course, there's a possibility the stock might run again...

algo trading? Not convinced... but for me, as explained in earlier posting... it looked like the stock has climaxed for this leg.... and if I had it, I would have sold it for a profit without a blink of an eye...
