Thats easy. Tecware Core for RM89. Better looking ones like Corsair Carbide Air 240, Obsidian 250D, Fractal Design Define Mini C, Meshify Mini C are more expensive.

From what I got from the internet, a good rig case can give better air flow and emit lesser noise. I don’t care much about the look nor the brand. And in fact, the cheaper it is, the better it is for me.

Do u have something in your mind for something like that?

Cant promise you when your budget is low. B350 chipset is unlocked. How far you can OC I dont know.

Yes, you can use 2nd gen Ryzen after BIOS update.

Hey thanks Kristal.S and Tristan.

I was updating the list and also added rebate so that i could get the correct price.
Here is the list:
idealtech.com.my/store/builder/show.php?serial=0PD8K2CH

You're free to comment on this. As Tristan said, i7 is more future proof. I am still thinking about it. If i am to get i7, i may look into 8700k. That's a big price spike. Right now, apart from workstation, only 2 games i know uses HT which are Crysis 3 and Ashes of singularity.

Apart from that guys, i always wanted to know about the motherboard part. Is it really necessary to get more expensive motherboard? Last time, the higher end motherboard was meant for more ports, expansion and features(RAID). Now i check online, they said it is best to get better motherboard due to VRM, specially for CPU now.

Also, does the audio system on motherboard can make a big different when getting more expansive motherboard?

Thanks guys.

Go for Corsair TX 650M or 750M if they have stock for the power supply. ROFLstomps Hydro on the performance.

Yes, expensive motherboards usually have more ports and better VRMs. I can assure you Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium onwards beats any Realtek chips. More sounds can come out at the same time for my Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium.

Wah, seriously? I didn't know FSP is bad. I got review that FSP isn't bad. Is it because of non modular?

So technically, the audio on motherboard are shit no matter how high end you pick then. XD

I asked the ideal tech, they don't have Corsair TX 650M.They got only Corsair 600 SFX 80Gold+.

They recommended this list instead. They said the cooler Hyper212 isn't sufficient enough.

One of the cheap good airflow case is Tecware Neo but that's RM200 and with TG which is something you're not looking for. If you only use them for movies, trading stocks and daily browsing, there's nothing much to worry about good airflow. Thus, the suggested one would be good enough. Just add in a few case fan and you'll be in good hands.

Thanks for the words. I have been shopping around these few days and all of the pc guy told me i3-8100 is good enough for what I am going to do with my pc already.

Can u suggest me a mobo that is good enough for i3-8100?

I am planning to connect two screens, one with hdmi port and one with vga port, to the mobo, is that possible?

Edit: I want the mobo to be able to support m.2 ssd if that’s possible.

i3-8100 supports up to 3 monitor, but it depends on the motherboard that supports what port. adapters can easily be found tho
D-Sub = VGA btw, in this context.
the suggested ASUS B360M-K has DVI-D & D-Sub support, 1x M.2, 2x ram. you need HDMI adapter then

Other choice
cheapest possible (H310M):
ASUS PRIME H310M-D @295 (D-Sub/HDMI - 2x), 1x M.2, 2x ram
GIGABYTE H310M-S2P @289 *from Viewnet/Idealtech* (D-Sub/HDMI/DVI-D - 3x), 1x M.2, 2x ram

B360m & 3 monitors:
GIGABYTE B360M-HD3 @339 (DVI-D/D-Sub/HDMI - 3x), 1x M.2 slot, 2x ram
Asrock B360M-HDV @299 *from Viewnet* (D-Sub/HDMI/DVI-D 3x), 1x M.2, 2x Ram

if you want more upgrade possibilities:
GIGABYTE B360M AORUS GAMING 3 @359 (DVI-D/HDMI - 2x), 2x M.2, 4x ram, RGB

Prices are from C-zone, otherwise stated
B360>H310

extra budget can buy external hard disk for backup/better PSU for longevity/nicer case, up to your preference:
Corsair CX650M @ 329
Corsair TX650M @ 379 - C-zone
