I usually go to E Tech cause it's nearest to me too. Not too sure bout PC shops in Subang. Hopefully someone else can answer you that haha.

i3-8100 supports up to 3 monitor, but it depends on the motherboard that supports what port. adapters can easily be found tho
D-Sub = VGA btw, in this context.
the suggested ASUS B360M-K has DVI-D & D-Sub support, 1x M.2, 2x ram. you need HDMI adapter then
