That is unrealistic.

Ryzen 7 1700 RM1599
MSI B350M Mortar RM480
Kingston Value 2x16GB DDR4 RAM RM998
MSI GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 OC RM1299 [Ehhh, you want fastest? GTX1080 Ti costs 3599]
Intel 600p 512GB SSD RM886
Hitachi 2TB HDD RM429
FSP Hyper 500W PSU RM279
Casing RM200

Total : RM6170
*
Thanks bro. Yeah it seems to be unrealistic ..

Compare 1060 and RX 480 ? Which one would you recommend ?

And Micro ATX and Mini ITX ? May I know what's the diff ? I am travelling around and do hope to have a smaller chassis .. That's why i wanted liquid cooling to cool down the hardware ..

Did not realise that Mini ITX is even smaller. Would actually like to have mini ITX now lol.

GTX 1060 6GB definitely faster and consumes less power, more expensive too.

Currently no ITX motherboard available for Ryzen. You have to go Intel path for it. ITX is also more expensive to build.

Core i7-7700 - 1399
Asrock B150M-ITX - 359
Kingston Value 2x16GB DDR4 RAM RM998
MSI GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 OC RM1299 [Ehhh, you want fastest? GTX1080 Ti costs 3599]
Intel 600p 512GB SSD RM886
Hitachi 2TB HDD RM429
Silverstone SFX 550W - 499
Silverstone ML08B case - 339 (estimated)

RM6208 total (changed parts prices from Viewnet)

Kindly take note Ryzen 7 will blow i7-7700 away on multitasking.

Cheapest GTX 1060 6GB costs less than RX 480 8GB, and just a little more than the RX 480 4GB.

Depends on your requirements, IPS (for better viewing angle and color gamut support) or 1ms (for fast pace games but it's a TN panel).

The Dell is Idealtech. The others from C-zone. It is just a general guide. Good if you can get cheaper

Yes, you are right. 23MP68VQ has freesync. Not sure what GPU you are using/planning to use. But between the other 3, I would go for the Asus since it is a 23" and the design looks nice

If you are planning to get an AMD GPU, that would be the better choice. You will be able to get 75Hz with Freesync

How about these?

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 - 1599
MSI B350M Mortar - 480
Corsair 8GB DDR4-2133 x2 - 520
MSI GTX 1060 6GB DDR5 T OC - 1300
Samsung 850 Pro 256GB - 636
Super Flower Leadex Gold 550W - 429
Corsair Spec (pick your model) case - 299

RM5263 total (C-Zone prices)

Optional:
Transcend 370 512GB - 975
Seagate 2TB - 313

Hunt for cheap office and windows from lelong and garage sales. I still advise not getting full SSD because it is not budget friendly.
