Those walk-in customers got processed before I did.When the technician worked on my car, they didn't place protective mats on the paint and scratched it badly.
When they washed my car. It went in without even a single scratch, came out with bad scratches all over.
To top it all off, It's already almost a month and I have yet to hear from them about my warranty claim status.
The only consolation is that their lounge is comfy and they do provide hot drinks, water and some kuih.
