i'm actually loading up on REITS, haha. it's the only fund in my portfolio that still hasn't fully recovered from COVID19, so technically, it's 'cheap' to buy now.

let's see if Mr. Buffet's advice to 'be greedy when others are fearful' will pay off biggrin.gif

Watch this - U definitely will be able to test easily via spreadsheets with simple nested IFs ORs ANDs smile.gif
i've tested this using Yahoo Finance's historical SPY data - truth, long enough holding & investing in basket like ETF, even worst timer ever if bought at highest yearly BUT kept holding & buying yearly, still makes $

October so far been good too *touch wood*

TWR up by about 5% & MWR 9% MoM

Did some top up late Sept n early Oct.

Worst performing fund is no surprise, REITs

But upcoming US election might pare those gains down though.

I just zeroized Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund - MYR

Why?
You foresee the US election might have negative impact on this fund?

I have this fund too. Removed half of my principal global Titan allocation and switched to this fund recently

Anyone using managed portfolios? What do you think of the performance of the funds?

I signed up FSM 1 month ago but haven't buy into any funds yet. Still researching but seems like the fund like Principle Greater China in my watch list is at all time high now.
