Would you comment a little about your portfolio size changes? Are you still adding money to it, taking money out from it, or just rebalancing?
Your irr and roi are both quite consistent...I can't understand

I'm still in acquisition mode..adding more and more money into portfolio. When my irr flat, my roi goes up. When roi flat, irr falls down

for the past few years, I lump summed, i am mostly relocating it previuos years....next January, will start to take out about 6~10% out per year.
my IRR is quite constant because i beliefs after some years,....it will need a drastic movement of ROI to have an impact on the IRR...(it is all due to the working of the maths i think)

once a year, I would call it relocating.....
I would not call it rebalancing, for the ROI of each fund gained will impact little to the port planned %
first few years i made drastic changes....heavy in sector/countries.....(missed / late shooting of those targets = very low ROIs)
only was lucky in Jan 2017.....made the "right" lucky allocations....Jan 2018 still sticking to it mostly.....
Jan 2019,...will still mostly sticking to current one, but planned to moves just some % of allocation, changing some funds......

have some defenders, and strikers....will start to try to observes, accumulate, throw off or buy in new from Aug till Dec.....

July 2018 Portfolio recovered losses in Jun 2018 and slightly better than May 2018.
Hope the momentum can sustain but the trade wars are worrying!

May can consider increase on India or get some asean funds

67% of United Quality is in US
22% of 67% = 14.7%

33% of GTF is in US
16% of 33% = 5%

thus about 20% of my port will be in US (20% is too much for US?) (will consider ...)
REMOVE GTF, move to individual JPN 8% and European fund 8% and will then have 15% in US?

India has very high 3 yrs volatily %
i have 22% of my port in Affin Hwang Asia X Jpn opportunity, 13% in KGF, 5% in Spore......that will have big coverage in ASEAN
