QUOTE(Morpheus2be @ Jul 30 2017, 06:28 AM) Asrock Malaysia responded to my inquiry; they said the boards are stuck with Customs and will be at retail next week. Hope they will be available soon. I've got all my build parts ready, just need the ITX mobo and cannibalize a GTX970 from my Intel rig. Ryzen here I come ! Great!

For those with VRM heat issue, you can always buy RAM heatsink with non sticky thermal pad to cool it. This post has been edited by TristanX: Jul 30 2017, 10:17 AM

According to this review, the Gigabyte has better 4 phase VRM vs the Asrock's 6 phase (which is actually 3 phase) VRM. This is supposedly the best featured ITX for the price. Damn, I'm confused. I caved in and bought the Gigabyte. Waited too long for ITX. The Biostar was never in stock until recently, despite being 1st to market. You still can't buy the Asrock. The Gigabyte was a surprise find with little fanfare from the reseller or even Gigabyte. I think they are focusing on the X399 launching soon. I'm ready to start my build once the board arrives. See you guys later. QUOTE(Songchien @ Jul 30 2017, 11:43 AM) So which board are you going for?

Its true the profit margin is higher, but you don't have the volume to get the revenue. Economically not feasible to stock up so much X399 because it wont be easy to sell. In the end, the bread and butter, B350 and X370 will be the center of attention for these companies.

I read that many people kutuk the connector location especially that cpu power.

Now that you mention it, I'm actually a bit concerned about the cable routing for this board. I hope the Wraith Spire cooler have some clearance either side to slip a cable under it.

QUOTE(silrave @ Jul 31 2017, 10:00 AM) i have check bios it is turn on Which ram are you using? Do you check your motherboard ram QVL list? As you know some of the ram are having compatibility issue even though you turn on xmp it might not necessary run the xmp setting.

QUOTE(goldfries @ Jul 31 2017, 11:33 PM) Bye bye gaming week. Don't you want playing around with Threadripper? I won't be surprised AMD would release 32 core in the future with socket that big.

Actually Threadripper has 4 zeppelin dies. Theoritically same thing as Epyc. AMD choose not to enable all cores for some reason. Source Scroll down abit. Someone has dellided it.
