every 2 days? because when the pinkies is born, it was advised that to never change the beddings...because u need to take out all the pinkies and if u miss a correct steps [do a mistake] like accidentally touched the pinkies, then the mother will alert that the smells of her pinkies is a bit different..and more worst, she will kill that pinkies

since she knew the time they mate, why don't take the date as the starting date... means 2 weeks from that day la... i don't think changing every 2-days is practical... juz my 2 cents...

haha .. i forgotten the exact date they mated but it was about two weeks ago. Changing the bedding once in every two days means to change them BEFORE she gives birth to ensure that the bedding is clean and fresh. From what i noe, AFTER birth, kenot touch or move or change the bedding anymore and the bedding will probably stink after a week. So, might as well change regularly now better than using the "old" bedding for delivery, right?

Well, that's not unplanned pregnancy. I remembered it was 2 weeks ago but couldn't remember the exact date or day. I was super busy with my studies - exams. I memorise those law until my head already pecah .. whr got time to remember the EXACT date they mated?!

From what I heard.... everywhere Prestige also sold out. Even at Plaza Damas, no more stock. At Petsmore, they still have for rabbits and guinea pigs but not for hamsters.... seems will get new stock somewhere at the end of this month.

anyone know about supermealworms at pet family ? izzit ok to give to hamsters ? my sg afraid .. haha ...

actually bro... u can plan syrian breeding better than dwarf, coz they live solitary... when u plan to breed them only u put them together (plus the female already on heat)... normally unplanning pregnancy happen to dwarf more than syrian since they live in community... hope u notice that...

ya lor... after that so damn tak sabar want to see/touch the baby...

..even they start to try to run on the wheel..the wheel did not move at all lor ..so cute when he/she try to folo what the mama doing..haha..the body so kecik-kecik one..want to pretend like the adults..this morning oso want to try to drink from bottle like the mama..then when mama go to eat from the bowl oso want to folo..oredy dun wan to wait till the mama feed them lar..so naughty2 one..really like to folo what the mama doing..haiyaa.. ..still so small lar to do all of that stuff..only 13days old..
ok..one more question..so..after tomoro, i can start to change the bedding meh?so the babies..when i can touch?imagine the beding have not been changed for 1 month!pheww..luckily robos r dwarf hamster..not to smelly lor..

tomorow u can change the bedding lah, and can touch the pups, but dun play too long oh......stress.
And remember the water bottle need to be place low enuf so that the pups can reach them leh......

i think u should remain some of the old bedding... juz incase they get shock to the 'sudden' new home... at least, they still can have the old smell when u change to the new bedding... so can still feel home la... juz my 2 cents...

even they still jalan oso terhuyung hayang..but still try to run-run here and there ca palce the bottle a bit lower erk?
