i TER-breed 4 baby hamsters..apa macam mau buat...

No offense but TER-breed=not responsible..(unless you didn't know it was pregnant prior to buying/sexed wrongly) sigh... nothing much you can do.. separate the male from the female to avoid any further breeding.. Don't wash the cage.. put the cage in somewhere quiet and less people walking around. Feed the female with protein food like mealies or dog kibbles.. Wait for at least 2 weeks to be safe before you decide to move the pups whatsoever.

haha, i like the word "TER-breed"............i think he/she dunno the r different sex of hamsters house together lah....
btw, wat breed is the hamster?? If they r syrian, then its a headache for u!!!

Trying out a new diet for my hamsters which includes organic ingredients. Will let you guys know the results soon.

i bought a sapphire winter white...the ham is normal size..but dont really like me to carry her..so i take n see see and looks like a male...so i put them together lor...but few months later i carry the female wan..i feel like fat fat then i say..damn u eat so much..then saturday(april 7th) i see the cage got baby liao and the female wan skinny liao..

the thing is..I TOT THE SAPPHIRE WAN WAS A MALE HAM...from the day i buy her till saturday...wtf...

so put some mealworms for the mummy? and separate the fada??

bought a 1.5ft tank liao.. with new hide house .. haha.. when place the two fella inside they like crazy .. run here and there stand up and walk also.. haha..
and its really gd to use tank then cage.. can see them very cleary when sleeping. damn cute and they got lots of place to roam ard..

but the wheel is not avaible yet.. is it ok for them not using the wheel for 2 wks? coz rena says next two wks then gt the silent wheel.

Must be the raging hormones.. lol.. yeah separate the daddy or he'll rape the mom again.. then you'll get more pups and gg. Feed mealworms lor.. dog kibbles too for more protein. GL you're a daddy now too!

i bought a toyogo (transparent) from carrefour last nite and i think it's the size of 2ft tank - not too sure abt the size. But stlightly bigger and spacious than the 2ft aquarium tank . . hehe. I bought it for RM 13.90 only cheap and nice It's totally transparent like those aquarium tanks not translucent .

Yupe. Advisable not to touch the mommy and the pups. Leave them alone for minimum 2 weeks for dwarves and if it's syrian, i think it's best to leave them alone for about 3 to 4 weeks coz syrians are more aggresive in nature .

Main reason being the mom might be confused of the smell on the pups.. so she'll just eat them. Or some animals eat their pups when they feel threatened because their instincts will tell them that it's better to eat the pups and to gain nutrition rather than letting their predator have it (saw this on national geographic..hehe).
