hi unifi user.....

anyone have been free upgraded from 30 to 50mbps?
i have the applied the unifi surprice where free upgrade 30-->50mbps and i received sms stated processing and last sms stated completed...

i try the speedtest..... it still at speed 30mbps.
the different from previous is the last time speed test max is about 32-34mbps...
now the latest speedtest is reach to 40-41mbps but drop back to 30mbps.

download speed also not change where i download MAX as 3.3MBps
*
I noticed the same higher burst speed at the beginning of a speedtest but I'm still at the "Your UniFi will be upgraded from February 2017 onwards" stage. No "Thank You Surprise" SMS or email received yet.

guys, whenever I "T", all my other devices/internet connection gets bogged down, slow as snail, even when the "T" speed are just around 300-500kbps. This happens with YouTube as well, although not as slow as when "T". When I stopped the "T", internet speed goes back to normal.

my ONU is the white color FiberHome, router is TPLINK WR841HP, with repeater TPLINK WA850RE.

any help here?
*
Sounds like your router can't handle the load probably due to lack of memory from too many connections from the torrent. How many connections have you set for your torrent? You can try to reduce that or get a faster router with more memory.

i have done few times power off btu and router...... but just turn of for couple of second. will try again this weekend.
i done the free upgrade registration on january 2017 (should be before CNY) and received sms from tm said my unifi modify order successful created and installation on 02/02/17. this sms received on 02/02/17 also.
however, the sms doesnt show any info Free upgrade speed promotion or thanks you surprise. it only show the report ID and installation date. i do received a sms regard the modification/installation is completed... i try to search back the sms but i not yet found it.
anyway to check the report ID for the status?

my situation still same where initial burst speed up to 40-43mbps and drop to ~30mbps on ending of speedtest.

Wah...Upgrading need to create service report and manually performed one by one. How many choose for free upgrading in Malaysia? Till June 2017, they may tell us the upgrading progress need to extend to Dec 2017 since too many users to handle. Lol

I am currently on unifi 30mbps with ruby pack (promo) -RM179 per month. Just saw that on the website (occ.unifi.my) under 'my sevice' tab, there is an option where i could remove the ruby pack which cost me freaking rm30 everymonth. Is that true that i could reduce my current package to RM149 per month? Will i be penalised on that if i do so, coz i dont even watch the hyptv at all.

**Just subcrised to unifi Nov last year, so 1 year contract duration still valid.

Another thing is that, am I still entitled for the upgrade to 50 mbps if i do so? FYI, I already accepted the speed upgrade, but yet to receive any sms from tm. Wondering when could I get my speed upgrade.><

Any advise? tq.

why don't you try to remove the hypptv option and feedback here ?
