Huh....I only get that 1.32.xxx.xxx ip if I enable Ipv6 on my unifi router.
*
my ip v6 is local connection only, in dir850L term means it's off

now on 175.137 but speed still same on test, youtube gets max speed though, which is weird

Local connection? Are your sure?
Maybe it is enabled for your router but not for your connected devices? (Due to unconfigured DHCP server, RADVD etc)
*
i m in admin of router, see is local connection only, my guess would be instead the routing problems or damm TM doing something stupid again

i'm considering getting an Asus UHP router to replace the "rubbish can" DIR850L, it just doesnt hit the lower limit of the 30mbps rated speed (well, it reaches 97% of the speed but not at the minimum 30), and the AC penetration rate on the 2nd flr is relatively weak at 1 bar or 2 on my note 4

will a high gain Asus router help in my scenario? at least maybe the AC penetration power

Using a WiFi repeater will be more effective to expand the wifi coverage.
*
AC repeater is almost same price as an ASUS N300 UHP sweat.gif

not if someone reports it, as aggressive torrent discussions, with web links and domains etc

they will change it but with the price u have to pay or renew contract. No need to fool them as they already know people want to change it. Unless ur device is in warranty then, u can get it for free
*
I'm only into the third month haha, so can demand

Would you share the 'fooling strategies'? brows.gif
*
slow speed Internet, frequently random disconnect and reconnect, wifi reception bad, and other imaginable possibilities

under the hood i use qos, and run ipv6(somehow everytime i use ipv6 speed slows down to 7mbps), and run speed test on that qos device and show them

Even with a high-end router, upstairs may only get 15mbps (phones) to 30mbps (notebooks). Powerline & another AP upstairs should be a good solution.
*
at least i get to use ac, now cant even scan out the ac, only n

can you tell me in detail how you request for the tp-link router?
*
i just told that kid to bring the router to my home, they brought it, and saw that rubbish can, and said, oh, we know what to do know, that dlink is recalled on request i think, cause he said the dlink has inconsistent network speeds and wifi instability, and he wont have that "i know what to do" response when he saw that dlink
