Second week of May, and still no speed upgrade in Selayang (30->50)
Checked with the TM Live Chat twice now and both times they told me "there's no upgrade schedule in your area". |

I complained to MCMC then TM sent me an email saying "upgrade will be done in phases in September 2017".
But still, I think everyone should make a complaint to MCMC regardless. |

Same here, after complaint to MCMC got it upgraded 9 days after filing complaint.
I filed a complaint at the same time with TM separately, and that one just got a response after 2 days saying "upgrade in phases until september". Clearly they don't give a shit and will only act if you involve MCMC. |
