Second week of May, and still no speed upgrade in Selayang (30->50)

Checked with the TM Live Chat twice now and both times they told me "there's no upgrade schedule in your area".

I complained to MCMC then TM sent me an email saying "upgrade will be done in phases in September 2017".

But still, I think everyone should make a complaint to MCMC regardless.

Today things got even better.

Someone from TM called me and told me I am under business package so I'm not eligible for upgrade.

FYI, I'm using residential package, I'm paying for HyppTV (business package no hypptv).

I was subscribed to Biz5 unifi back when it first started, disconnected it more than 3 years ago. The CS kept insisting I'm a business user despite everything. In the end just told me to send an email to help@tm.net.my with my details, since I said she can look at my bill and see the word RESIDENTIAL written everywhere.

I asked for any specific email address or case number or something that will refer to my case but she said she don't have. I don't expect things will progress lol, who gonna pick it up and check if send to the generic @tm email?

This is the third time I've complained about this, but the first time I complained through MCMC. Never had any response about being ineligible or mention of business package before.

Update on this, this morning received another email saying sorry for the inconvenience, you are eligible.

And upgrade will be done in phases bla bla. Didn't provide a date range this time haha.

I will see what happens with the MCMC complaint, I won't accept this as resolved.

Same here, after complaint to MCMC got it upgraded 9 days after filing complaint.

I filed a complaint at the same time with TM separately, and that one just got a response after 2 days saying "upgrade in phases until september".

Clearly they don't give a shit and will only act if you involve MCMC.
