Finally got my 30-50mbps TQ surprise upgrade. No MCMC required.
I've been checking once a month since May. Always they reply upgrade will be done current month+1. Last answer was September. My area is Sungai Long.
Wed 27th: Called to check again but the GRO said system down so cannot check. I didn't know at that time but a ticket was raised. Thurs 28th: I called again and was told an order was already raised to upgrade the speed. OK whatever. Fri 29th 12:05am: PPPoE disconnected and reconnected by itself. That's happens. I didn't notice it at that time. Fri 29th 8:30am: Received SMS that my plan has been updated. Went to Unifi.com.my to check and true enough that it has been upgraded to 50mbps. speedtest.tm.com.my confirms likewise. No restart needed.
So those in Sg Long, can start calling TM.

Still same answer from tmnet " expected to be completed in September 2017. However, it will depend on system readiness at your area"
Just now log file to MCMC, hope will work...

Just got sms from TM. Speed upgraded from 30 mbps to 50 mbps at Taman Midah, Cheras.
Here is what I done:
Step 1: I done a live chat with TM on 21/9. They told me it will be upgraded this month, but no promise. Same answer I got every months! Frustrated.
Step 2: I file a complaint to MCMC thru email. You need to provide ur i.c., account number, case report number (from TM), address of the service and contact number to MCMC. MCMC will send u an email that the report had been received and you may check the status at their portal.
Step 3: 28/9, I called MCMC to follow up on my case, and was told 15 days allowance was given to TM to resolve the matter. If no response, call MCMC back for further action.
Step 4: 29/9 Received SMS from TM on the speed upgrade.

home unifi 10mb , biz unifi 30 , so is it possible to use the biz plan account at home to enjoy the 30 speed?

Got upgraded. But everyday need to call them to refresh as service always down on daily basis.
