If my area only available after the promotion, isnt it unfair when some ppl pay the same but speed is double? Where is the fairness? I remembered Maxis case where it become big issue. Would it be good if we complain to MCMC stated that tm play unfair by diff speed but paying the same? Could it be good case? Due to unfair practise.

Well the same applies of gym memberships or club membership, the old people usually are paying less than what is quoted for new members.

Told them I dont need the crap router they are giving since I am using Asus AC5300. Also told them dont even come in and just configure outside the house - settled in 5 minutes

This is the third time I live chat with tmnet, every time it gave the same answer ( will upgrade June onward , september onward , the last one is end of 2017 )  Cannot tahan already... Can anyone provide me complain template? I like to email to MCMC

I guess they weren’t done because 2 weeks ago they started laying cables again for my area, Sg Long. Not sure if that has something to do with the upgrade. I like to think that they’re upgrading capacity before handing out the upgrades.

I had file complaint to MCMC, but no response from TM also. Do you all complaint to TM and get the case number first or complaint to MCMC straight?
