I have two accounts under my name. Both accounts also 50-100. One account (Sg Besi) had to wait to August '17. Didn't get any action taken from TM. Complaint to MCMC, got upgraded in a few days. Just had to reset modem. 2nd account (older account in Sri Petaling). Asked to wait till September '17 No action taken also. Complaint to MCMC, got response within a few days. This one I have to wait for technician to come and replace my modem. They claim older modem wont enjoy full 100Mbps and may have reliability issue. Old modem  Update: 3:00pm intaller came and replace equipment. New modem + new TP-Link router from TM.

i lodge report on june they said will get upgrade on september now already oct still get nothing bravo tm i will report again till tm give me the upgrade

They just refuse to give an interim solution or speed up the progress. Someone need to awaken their mindset of continuously delaying of deadlines.

Dont forget to update the firmware and enable the 5ghz beamforming (available after firmware update). C1200....let say it is a bit....troublesome.

How come you manage to get tplink router? I complained few times but they only change the same silver modem.

Got my surprise UniFi speed upgrade from 30Mbps to 50Mbps today. Previously I checked with TM Point said my condo cannot support 50Mbps so I thought no hope already. This is the speedtest result:

I did save the ss of the september free upgrade thing. How if I don't have case ID or email? the only source is the ss of the live chat.

For me, I believe with case ID is a stronger case. You can always try first and you could further attach more information while the MCMC case is being processed.
