This is the third time I live chat with tmnet, every time it gave the same answer ( will upgrade June onward , september onward , the last one is end of 2017 )
Can anyone provide me complain template? I like to email to MCMC |

Still same answer from tmnet " expected to be completed in September 2017. However, it will depend on system readiness at your area"
Just now log file to MCMC, hope will work... |

Today TM installer come to install new ONU and D-link 850L, the old ONU they didn't take back although is the same model HG8240W.
Nothing is special just download speed increase from 6MB to 12-14MB per/s as expected. Sometimes I feel the speed is too much for average home user lol....pay RM250 for 100mbps....
