QUOTE(laymank @ Feb 25 2020, 01:36 PM) SCB JOP and SCB Liverpool Cashback cards are what you need. Would you consider MBB Barcelona also? total savings seems higher than SCB JOP (after reduce annual fee) tho.You can consider BigPay to maximize your CB. QUOTE(loveydovey_ @ Feb 25 2020, 03:04 PM) Would you consider MBB Barcelona also? total savings seems higher than SCB JOP (after reduce annual fee) tho. the main issue is the 2.5k spending does not include ewallets unlike SCB cards hence MBB Barcelona popularity dropped like a rock since Aug last year. The specific thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4067746/ is very quiet these daysMBB JOP jan 50 60 feb 50 60 mar 50 60 apr 50 60 may 100 60 jun 50 60 jul 50 60 aug 100 60 sep 50 60 oct 50 60 nov 50 60 dec 50 60 annual fee 0 250 savings 700 470 |

QUOTE(hong823 @ Feb 3 2020, 02:11 AM) Not sure if maybank allow cancel of mastercard and letting you to keep the Amex. with reference to this PBB with contactless 5% CB / RM30 cap, if i link this card to my samsung pay, then i make payment with samsung pay, will it be considered as contactless transactions?Maybank FC Barcelona definitely is a good CB card for anything that your other CC doesn't have CB since it's giving 2% CB / RM50 cap on almost everything. You should get it before May to benefits from the May and Aug 10% CB / RM100 cap. Another recommendation is PBB Quantum which comes with 2 cards, 1 has online transaction 5% CB / RM30 cap and another 1 has contactless 5% CB / RM30 cap. This combination should keep you busy collecting cashback for the rest of the year. |

Alternatively, get SCB Cashback (with AF though) and just One Platinum in conjunction with your BigPay to maximize cashback. PBB's Quantum Mastercard and Visa Signature is also worth considering. 1. Annual Income: RM36K to RM60K (currently agent for insurance/real estate, so fluctuates now)
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must - or free preferred. 3. Card required for: SME business spending (not sure if purchasing stock from US or Australia, does it count as overseas transactions or online transactions) - spending less than RM 3,000 per month. Hoping to get some sort of cashback from the spending, planning to open a business current account. Did my own research - I guess I should use BigPay (for best exchange rate) and then pay using other credit cards? Any credit cards that offer highest unlimited uncapped cashback? 4. Existing credit cards (if any): Appreciate recommendations if below cards still good: Maybank 2 Cards Platinum - MasterCard and AmEx (is it still good?) Maybank Ikhwan Petronas - Visa, for 8% petrol cashback on weekends. Aeon BiG Gold Visa Card - mainly just used it for 3x free lounge access. 5. Interested in CC from: Any banks. 6. Others: Cashback preferred, but will consider equivalent in vouchers too. Appreciate the responses in advance, thanks for your help. This post has been edited by quiver: Mar 12 2020, 07:30 PM |
